新华社阿斯塔纳1月22日电（记者郑钰 苟洪景）比什凯克消息：吉尔吉斯斯坦总统扎帕罗夫22日表示，吉尔吉斯斯坦和中国是名副其实的友好邻邦和战略伙伴，吉方始终视对华关系为本国外交优先方向。
扎帕罗夫当天接受中国新任驻吉尔吉斯斯坦大使刘江平递交国书时说，吉方愿同中方深化各领域合作，造福两国人民。
刘江平表示，她作为新任驻吉大使，将认真落实两国元首共识，全力推动中吉关系发展。刘江平于2024年12月30日抵吉履新。

С 1 января 2025 года началось председательство Кыргызстана в ОДКБ（20250116）В Секретариате ОДКБ сегодня состоялось первое заседание Постоянного совета ОДКБ в наступившем году.Как сообщили в организации, председательство в Постоянном совете ОДКБ было передано постоянному и полномочному представителю Кыргызстана при ОДКБ Мирлану Тургунбекову.Генеральный секретарь ОДКБ поблагодарил постоянного представителя Казахстана при ОДКБ Марата Сыздыкова за проведённую в 2024 году работу в статусе председателя Постоянного совета.
Также в ходе заседания был обсужден план мероприятий Организации на 2025 год. По инициативе нового председателя Мирлана Тургунбекова, Постоянный совет сформулировал девиз своей деятельности в 2025 году: 80 лет Великой Победы!
